CanApprove Consultancy Services in Kochi, Thrissur, Angamaly and Calicut seeks an experienced Immigration Sales Manager to lead our immigration consulting team. You will drive revenue targets, manage a team of Immigration Sales Consultants, and ensure strong lead-to-client conversions.

The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of Australia or Canada immigration programs and a proven record of guiding a target-driven sales team to exceed quotas.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of direct sales experience.
• 1–2 years managing a target-driven immigration sales team.
• Deep knowledge of Australia or Canada immigration programs.
• Excellent communication in English and Malayalam.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Resilience and ability to perform under pressure.
• Extensive network within immigration/premium sales in Kerala.

Responsabilités

• Lead & Mentor: supervise, train, and motivate a team of Immigration Sales Consultants to hit targets.
• Lead Qualification & Prospecting: ensure qualified prospects and high-conversion pipelines.
• Seamless Process Handoff: coordinate with Documentation Team to transfer closed clients.
• Performance Monitoring: review daily calls, follow-ups, pipelines, and conversions; conduct reviews.

We are seeking an experienced, high-performing, and dynamic Immigration Sales Managerto lead our immigration consulting team in Kochi, Thrissur, Angamali & Calicut. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue targets, managing a team of Immigration Consultants, and ensuring high lead-to-client conversions. The ideal candidate must have deep domain expertise in Australia or Canada immigration programs and a proven track record of handling and motivating a target-driven sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead & Mentor (Culture & Retention): Supervise, train, and motivate a team of Immigration Sales Consultants to hit monthly conversion targets. Maintain a positive, competitive, and supportive work environment that drives results while ensuring strong team retention.

Lead Qualification & Prospecting: Guide and monitor the team to ensure they connect with the right, qualified prospects and maintain active, high-converting sales pipelines.

Seamless Process Handoff: Ensure timely and accurate coordination with the Documentation Team to transfer closed clients smoothly.

Performance Monitoring: Review daily call volumes, lead follow-ups, pipelines, and conversion ratios; conduct regular team performance reviews.

Qualifications

Mandatory 4+ years of direct experience in Sales.

Proven experience of at least 1–2 years successfully managing or supervising a target-driven Immigration sales team of Canada / Australia process.

Skills

Authoritative command over English and Malayalam.

Exceptional negotiation, closing, and relationship-management skills.

Highly target-driven, resilient, and capable of functioning effectively under pressure.

Strong network within the immigration or premium sales landscape in Kerala.

Comprehensive knowledge of recent updates to Australian or Canada immigration policies and migration frameworks.
