Job summary

HITACHI VANTARA INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED seeks a Senior - Non-FS - NOI to oversee audit engagements and coach a small team. Reporting to a senior manager, you will lead a 4–5 member team, ensure quality deliverables, and apply innovative audit techniques for international clients based in Singapore.

The role requires a Chartered Accountant qualification with 1–2 years post-qualification Big 4 experience in a client-facing setting, focused on non-financial services/corporate clients.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant qualification (ICAI/ACCA).
• 1–2 years post-qualification experience with a Big 4 in a client-facing environment working with corporate and/or international clients.
• Non-FS/Corporate client experience required.

Responsibilities

• Review and coach subordinates on their work.
• Lead and manage a team of up to 4–5 people (fresh and experienced grads).
• Audit complex sections of financial statements as per country-specific requirements and apply innovative audit technology.

Responsibilities

• If supervisory: – Review the work performed by the subordinates and coach them
• Leading and managing a team of up to 4-5 people comprising of fresh and experienced graduates.
• Reporting to Assistant Manager or above
• Geo to be supported Singapore
• Work timings 9:00 A.M. to 5:30 P.M.
• Monitoring work, managing and motivating the team to ensure deliverables meet necessary quality standards and agreed SLA’s.
• Sharing knowledge, mentoring and coaching the team members.
• Identification of issues/missing information and managing & tracking the open issues until resolved.
• Maintaining the data confidentiality and adherence to the risk management policy by the team members.
• Auditing complex sections of the financial statements of companies as per country specific statutory requirements.
• Apply innovative audit technology in the execution of the procedures.

Educational qualifications

Professional Chartered Accountancy qualification (e.g. ICAI or ACCA)

Work experience

1–2-year post qualification experience with a Big 4 in a client facing environment working with corporate and/or international clients

Non-FS/Corporate client experience required
