Job summary

Qualifications

• 6–11 years of experience in performance improvement or related consulting.
• Proficiency in AR, AP, and Inventory Management processes.
• Strong skills in financial statement analysis and cash flow forecasting.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Alteryx/SQL, and Microsoft Office; knowledge of Python/R, VBA, Snowflake/Databricks is a plus.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Project management with ability to manage timelines and budgets.

The Team

Our Performance Improvement team provides Business Transformation and Performance Improvement Services to Corporates, Investors, and their portfolio companies, delivering –

• Performance improvement via cost reduction and revenue growth programmes
• Large, complex organizational restructuring and business transformation
• Rapid Results Program, which helps to quickly and effectively assess business process management risks and identify key areas impeding performance

How you will contribute

• Lead engagement teams in executing Working Capital and cash optimization engagements supporting clients indeveloping and implementing cash strategies and process transformation initiatives
• Drive delivery on complex Working Capital engagements and contribute to the pursuit of new opportunities
• Proficiency in developing outside-in perspectives and providing insights through benchmarking of liquidity andworking capital performance using public data, industry trends, and market insights
• Develop deep expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Inventory Optimization and endto-end Working Capital analytics
• Continuously enhance technical and industry knowledge in Working Capital, cash flow forecasting, and financialmodeling to deliver leading practices
• Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering the development of their analytical capabilities andunderstanding of consulting methodologies
• Demonstrate strong project execution capabilities, leveraging operational analytics, structured problem-solving,project management, and solution implementation to deliver measurable client outcomes
• Apply hands‑on experience in data analysis and visualization using Power BI, Alteryx, Advanced MicrosoftExcel, and PowerPoint
• Collaborate with A&M teams across global offices, foster strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to achievehigh satisfaction and retain their business
• Demonstrate strong project management skills by effectively managing priorities, adhering to project timelinesand budgets, and adapting to changing business needs

Qualifications

Exhibits 6-11 years of experience-

• Proficiency in AR, AP and Inventory Management processes
• Proficiency in financial statement analysis, cash flow Forecasting, and financial modelling
• Must be proficient in Power BI, Alteryx/SQL, and Microsoft Office; knowledge of Python/R, VBA, andSnowflake/Databricks is an added advantage
• Experience in delivering consulting solutions with specialized knowledge in Working Capital
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex financial concepts to nonfinancial stakeholders and to lead cross-functional teams
• Project Management: Proven track record in managing large-scale projects, including timelines, budgets, andresource allocation.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues, develop solutions, andimplement improvements
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments and to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
