Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India is seeking a Senior Associate in Workforce Solutions - Rewards to analyze reward strategies, design compensation structures, and build attractive benefits packages for a diverse client portfolio.

In this role, you will collaborate with global teams across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services, mentor Associates, and translate workforce insights into actionable business recommendations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration/HRM required or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree minimum required.
• 4+ years of relevant experience and strong English communication.

As a Senior Associate in Workforce Solutions - Rewards, you will engage with clients to analyze their reward and benefits strategies, design competitive compensation structures, and develop attractive benefits packages. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will focus on providing consulting services related to human resources, talent management, and organizational development. You will work closely with clients to optimize their workforce, enhance employee engagement, and drive organizational effectiveness.

As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems and manage assigned workstreams. You will develop deliverables within client service engagements, using your understanding of the firm's methodologies and technology resources. You will also have the opportunity to build meaningful client relationships and mentor Associates and other junior team members. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will support clients in overcoming transformation challenges by developing compensation strategies through analysis of industry benchmarks, company policies, and employee performance. You will also prepare job architecture frameworks, executive pay packages, and incentives design, while engaging with client leadership to translate workforce insights into actionable business recommendations.

What You Must Have

• Master's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Human Resources Management
• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
