You will mentor Associates, manage workstreams, and translate workforce insights into actionable business recommendations, leveraging Alteryx, Tableau and Power

• Senior Associate level in Workforce Solutions with 5–8 years of experience in Rewards.

As a WS practitioner, you will play a key role in helping clients overcome their transformation challenges by developing their compensation strategies through analysis of industry benchmarks, company policies and culture, and employee performance. As part of the team, you will support in preparing job architecture framework, executive pay packages, Incentives design, equity valuations, compliance and regulatory requirements, and financial planning and reporting.

As a Senior Associate in Workforce Solutions -5-8 years Rewards, you will engage with clients to analyze their reward and benefits strategies, design competitive compensation structures, and develop attractive benefits packages. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will focus on providing consulting services related to human resources, talent management, and organizational development. You will work closely with clients to optimize their workforce, enhance employee engagement, and drive organizational effectiveness.

As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems and manage assigned workstreams. You will develop deliverables within client service engagements, using your understanding of the firm's methodologies and technology resources. You will also have the opportunity to build meaningful client relationships and mentor Associates and other junior team members.
