As a Workforce Compensation and Benefits Senior Associate, you will specialize in providing consulting services for Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) applications. You will analyze client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle HCM applications. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will enable clients to optimize their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You are expected to navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of experience

• At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Human Capital Management or related Oracle HCM Cloud applications
