Job summary

Publicis Re:Sources seeks a Treasury Systems Support role to back the treasury suite, ERP interfaces, and related financial platforms. The candidate will assist in daily operations, system issues, and upgrade migrations across geographies including Bangalore, Pune and Gurgaon.

Key tasks include handling MT formats, interfacing issues, Reuters, FX All, and ensuring smooth ledger postings and treasury processes in a multinational SSC setup.

Role Summary

The purpose of this role is to support the Treasury suite of system applications, which supports the Global Treasury, ERP, 3rd party software, Accounting, payments and collections.

This position is open for Bangalore, Pune, Gurgaon.

Key Responsibilities

• Knowledge of Treasury function within a MNC
• Understanding of EBS formats predominantly MT940,MT942,AFB120,CSB43,BAI & CBI
• Knowledge of payment formats MT101, PAIN001
• Experience of SSC organization
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships, both internally and externally
• A proven team player with excellent communication skills, analytical skills and attention to detail.

Key Tasks

• Support all treasury operation system issues out of Trax and Quantum.
• Support accounting and general ledger posting rules for all Treasury transactions
• Support deployment of treasury systems in new Geographies
• Design Trax enrichments utilizing Treasury and Banking knowledge
• Support implementation of system upgrades/migration
• Troubleshooting interfacing issues with Reuters, banks, FX All and ERPs
• Swift, FX ALL Administration
• Maintenance of Reuters Interface for importing of FX/interest rates
• Assist in planned & ad hoc projects as directed by management
• Support Business Operation and audit process
• Daily monitoring of our treasury management ticketing systems
• Allocation/resolution of all tickets in a timely manner in line with the SLA
