Job summary

MetLife is seeking a Sr. Associate in Noida to perform manual and automation testing, prepare test data, and manage defects in Azure. The role requires knowledge of STLC/SDLC, Agile methods, and AI basics, with strong Excel skills and excellent communication for client interactions.

Responsibilities include test scenarios, test data preparation, executing scripts, and daily/weekly reporting, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality releases.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of STLC and SDLC.
• Knowledge of Agile and traditional methodologies and basic AI understanding.
• Writing test scenarios/test cases mapping to Good/Bad/No Data.
• Executing test scripts (Manual/Automated).
• Logging defects in Azure and maintaining Defect Management.
• Collation of test results and sign-off documentation.
• Excel and Access for large data sets, to prepare test data.
• Understanding/analysis of BRD/Use case/Feature/User Story.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Familiarity with file formats (text, csv, dat) and data manipulation.
• Awareness of AI basics; daily/weekly reporting.

Responsibilities

• Test bed preparation: scenarios, scripts, data loaded in Azure.
• Create test scenarios/test cases covering data quality.
• Execute test scripts (Manual/Automated).
• Log defects in Azure and maintain defect tracking.
• Collate results and prepare sign-off docs.
• Prepare large data sets in Excel/Access for testing.
• Analyze requirements (BRD/Use case/Feature/User Story).
• Communicate findings clearly in writing and speech.
• Handle various file formats and data conversions.
• Apply Agile and automation testing tools (Selenium, TOSCA).
• Maintain daily and weekly test reporting.
