Job summary

Randstad Nederland is seeking a recruitment professional to support candidate sourcing for operational roles. You will screen profiles, shortlist talent pools, coordinate reference checks, and ensure all activities comply with company policies and labor laws.

You will provide regular updates to senior stakeholders and help improve sourcing efficiency while upholding privacy standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Acts as first contact for candidates, addressing questions on income continuity and short-term job security.
• Screens profiles for assigned operational roles, monitors applications, advances suitably qualified candidates.
• Prepares shortlists by reviewing resumes of passive and active candidates for interviews.
• Provides updates and reports on sourcing activities to senior stakeholders for operational candidates.
• Ensures that all candidate sourcing activities adhere to company policies and labor laws.
• Coordinates reference checks and eligibility to work before client referral.
• Supports data privacy policy implementation throughout sourcing, especially for short-term/temporary workers.
• Demonstrates full proficiency in relevant processes, procedures and systems.
• Mentors junior team members.
• Uses discretion within procedures and seeks guidance in moderately complex situations.
• Influences team quality, timeliness and efficiency by adjusting workflows.

• Serves as a point of contact for candidates answering questions related to basic needs, income continuity and security of short-term jobs
• Sifts profiles for Operational roles assigned, monitors applications, and progresses candidates aligned with the required qualifications
• Prepares shortlists of talent pools for the team to conduct career conversations and interviews, by reviewing resumes of passive and active candidates
• Provides regular updates and reports on sourcing activities and progress to senior stakeholders, focusing on order-based sourcing for operational candidates
• Ensures that all candidate sourcing activities adhere to company policies and labor laws
• Coordinates candidate reference checks, identification and eligibility to work before referral to clients
