We are seeking a highly skilled professional in IT Software to join our team. This role involves managing end-to-end software initiatives, from requirement gathering and solution design to implementation, overseeing deployment, and post-go-live support.
This role requires technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage projects/software implementations with minimal supervision. The Senior Analyst will support system set ups, ensure operational reliability, and recommend technology enhancements aligned with emerging IT trends and organizational priorities.
Key Responsibility Areas
- End-to-End Project Ownership: Support the manager in implementing software projects independently, including requirement analysis, solution design, implementation, testing (UAT), overseeing deployment, and stabilization.
- Requirement Analysis & Solution Design: Understanding the organizational needs and translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions and architecture.
- Technical Documentation & Roadmapping: Assist in preparing BRDs, project charters, trackers, and implementation roadmaps to guide development and delivery.
- Implementation & Integration: Handle system configuration, integration, testing, and deployment ensuring performance, security, and compliance standards are met.
- System Maintenance & Governance: Manage system upgrades, patches, backups, releases, and performance optimization to ensure reliability and continuity.
- Issue Resolution & Risk Management: Understand root cause analysis for complex issues, implement preventive solutions, and minimize system downtime.
- Cloud & SAAS Management: Support in managing and optimizing SAAS platforms and cloud environments, including subscriptions, billing, usage monitoring, and cost control.
- Infrastructure & Server Oversight: Oversee storage servers and related infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders, communicate project updates, handle expectations, and ensure timely delivery.
- Innovation & Technology Awareness: Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry best practices, and evolving IT trends to drive modernization initiatives.
- Guidance & Collaboration: Work independently while guiding young professionals and contributing to cross-functional projects.
Educational & Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in software analysis, system implementation, and support.
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end IT projects with limited supervision.
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) and UAT cycles.
- Experience in database management, system integration, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications.
- Hands-on experience with deployments, upgrades, backup strategies, and troubleshooting is a plus.
Remuneration for this role will be commensurate with qualifications & experience.
