Job summary

Publicis Re:Sources in India (Bangalore, Gurgaon, Pune) is seeking an SAP PS specialist to lead configurations and integration with CO, MM, SD and FI. You will drive cost and revenue planning, oversee S/4HANA implementations, and design project structures (WBS, networks, milestones) with strong communication.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, prepare functional specs and training materials, run workshops, manage incidents (L3), and ensure timely, high-quality delivery while enhancing

• Lead workshops for process adoption and major enhancements.

• Conduct unit, integration, and UAT testing.
• Deliver knowledge transfer sessions and documentations.

Role Summary:

• Deep knowledge of SAP PS module with fair understanding on its integration with CO, MM, SD, FI
• Strong grasp of cost planning, Revenue planning, budgeting, and actual cost tracking
• Understanding on SAP PS custom exits and its best utilization
• Experience with S/4HANA implementations
• Project structuring: WBS, networks, milestones
• Interface design with third-party applications
• Documentation: As-Is/To-Be, functional specs, training materials
• Strong communication and problem-solving
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Stakeholder engagement and requirement gathering

Key Responsibilities:

• SAP PS Configurations
• Customize SAP PS to meet business needs
• Support and troubleshoot SAP PS-related issues (L3 support)
• Manage high-priority incidents (P1/P2), perform RCA, and maintain SLAs
• Handle project structures, cost planning, and revenue recognition
• Support agency closing processes and continuous improvements
• Integrate SAP with in-house and third-party systems
• Lead workshops for process adoption and major enhancements
• Prepare effort estimates and ensure timely, high-quality delivery
• Conduct unit, integration, and UAT testing
• Prepare and update support documentation and training materials
• Driving automation initiatives and enhancing in-house tools to streamline organizational processes and maximize operational efficiency
• Analyze IT processes and propose improvements to bring solution improvements
