Responsibilities

• Provide production support for SAP PS modules including WBS, networks, activities, milestones, budgeting, and settlement.
• Resolve complex PS issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent solutions.
• Lead SAP PS customization and enhancements to align with business requirements.
• Manage integrations with SAP FICO, MM, SD, and other modules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate and onboard vendors for project-related activities.
• Prepare, review, and approve Functional Specifications for reports, forms, interfaces, and workflows.
• Support project financials, cost allocations, billing, and settlement processes.
• Serve as escalation point for L2/L1 teams; provide guidance and mentorship.
• Coordinate with ABAP teams for complex developments, transports, and bug fixes.
• Lead UAT, regression testing, and post-go-live activities.
• Maintain SOPs, KT documentation, and identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
