Job summary

Sigma Earth is seeking an experienced professional in Andhra Pradesh to lead renewable energy programme monitoring and stakeholder coordination. You will support the Team Leader across multiple workstreams and oversee daily applications, approvals, installations, and vendor coordination.

The role requires deep knowledge of India's renewable energy landscape, experience with international donors, and a track record in dashboard development and regulatory submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the renewable energy sector.
• Experience monitoring at least 2 renewable energy projects with utilities or renewable energy development agencies.
• Prior experience working with international donor organizations.

Responsibilities

• Support the Team Leader across all assigned workstreams and deliverables.
• Manage daily programme monitoring including applications, approvals, installations, and stakeholder coordination.
• Assist in development of dashboards/MIS systems, reporting frameworks, and governance documentation.
• Coordinate and resolve operational issues with DISCOMs, field teams, and vendors; track performance metrics.
• Contribute to business model development and support regulatory submissions.
• Conduct training sessions and support capacity-building initiatives across stakeholders.
