SLF seeks a seasoned Government Advocacy & Stakeholder Engagement lead to coordinate with State and District authorities across Transport, Police, PWD, Health, and District Administration. You will support policy dialogue and drive adoption of Zero Fatality Districts and Corridors through structured meetings, reviews, and action plans.

Government Advocacy & Stakeholder Engagement Serve as a primary point of contact for State and District-level government stakeholders across Transport, Police, PWD, Health,and District Administration.
Support policy dialogue and advocacy efforts to enable adoption ofZero Fatality Districts and Corridors.
Facilitate inter-departmental coordination through structured meetings, reviews, and action plans.
Assist in drafting official communications, notes, presentations, andsubmissions to government authorities.
Direct and manage the overall planning, execution, and achievements of the Zero-Fatality projects including participation in on-ground audit exercises.
Coordinate with district teams and partner departments toensure timely implementation of agreed interventions.
Ensure project milestones are met according to timelines and within budget constraints.
Undertake and Utilise comprehensive data analysis to drive decision-making and strategic planning.
Translate analytical insights into clear recommendations for enforcement, engineering, emergency response, and policy action.
Oversee the execution of recommendations derived from 'Crash Vulnerability Audits' by various Central and State agencies.
Work closely with SLFs policy, engineering, data, and trainingteams to ensure alignment between field implementation and strategic priorities.
Support capacity-building initiatives such as trainings, workshops,and reviews with government officers.Lead a multidisciplinary team to achieve ambitious program goals.
Ensure all team members are aligned with the mission's values and objectives.
Serve as a primary representative of SLF in interactions with government and other stakeholders.
Prepare high-quality reports, briefing notes, and presentations for internal leadership, government partners, and donors.
Document best practices, implementation challenges, and learnings for scale-up and replication.
Provide clear updates on program progress and challenges.
