Job summary

Skillventory in Pune is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate OD to design, implement, and drive organizational development and talent initiatives. You will partner with HR, COEs, and leaders to translate priorities into actionable development and change interventions.

The role focuses on leadership programs, culture transformation, and talent reviews, with responsibilities spanning design, execution, and analytics to enable business transformation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in leadership programs, assessments, and culture transformation initiatives.
• Experience designing and executing leadership development architectures.
• Experience in talent reviews and succession planning.
• Experience designing competency frameworks and role success profiles.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and drive OD and Talent initiatives in partnership with HR, COEs, and leaders.
• Assist in leadership development programs for high potentials and first-time managers.
• Leverage engagement surveys and feedback to identify patterns and drive actions.
• Develop internal communications (emails, nudges, decks, videos) to drive program adoption.

Role Overview

This role will play a key role in designing, implementing, and driving OD and Talent initiatives that enable business and people transformation. The role will partner closely with business HR, COEs, and business leaders to translate organisational priorities into actionable development and change interventions

Key Responsibilities:

1. OD & Change Enablement

Support design and implementation of key OD interventions (e.g., leadership development, competency frameworks, culture building, team effectiveness, and change programs).

2. Leadership & Talent Development

Assist in designing and managing programs for high potentials, emerging leaders, and first-time managers.

3. Talent & Culture Analytics

Leverage engagement surveys, assessment data, and feedback insights to identify patterns and propose actions.

4. Project Management & Communication

Develop impactful internal communication (emails, nudges, decks, videos) to drive adoption of OD programs

Must Haves

The candidate should have hands-on experience in several of the following areas:

• Exposure to leadership programs, assessments (like Hogan, MBTI, 360s), and/or culture transformation initiatives preferred.
