Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India is seeking a Manager for OneStream Implementation in Finance Solutions. You will lead efficient financial close, consolidation, and FP&A processes, guiding cross‑functional teams across advisory, assurance, tax and business services.

You will mentor staff, manage client accounts, and drive continuous improvement while collaborating with PwC and client teams to deliver OneStream solutions and data‑driven financial insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and at least 8+ years of experience.
• English language proficiency (oral and written) required.
• CPA or equivalent certification is required or highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of OneStream-based Financial Close, Consolidation, and FP&A.
• Manage end‑to‑end OneStream implementations, including planning and testing.
• Mentor junior staff and guide multiple workstreams across stakeholders.

As a Manager in OneStream Implementation for Finance Solutions, you will lead the design and delivery of efficient financial processes, focusing on Financial Close, Consolidation, and FP&A. Within our Management Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to enhance financial operations, streamline processes, and implement solutions that improve decision‑making and financial performance for our clients.

As a Manager, you will guide and develop teams, manage client accounts, and drive strategic planning. You will be responsible for mentoring junior staff, confirming project success, and maintaining standards. Your role will involve identifying opportunities, embracing technology, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will collaborate with both PwC and client teams to implement OneStream solutions, manage project deliverables, and provide guidance on financial systems and process automation.

Responsibilities

• Leading the design and delivery of efficient Financial Close, Consolidation, and FP&A processes using OneStream
• Managing end-to-end OneStream implementations, including planning, solution design, configuration, and testing
• Guiding teams in change management, training, and post-go-live support for OneStream solutions
• Coordinating with client stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable OneStream solutions
• Overseeing the development of Cube Views, dashboards, reports, and Excel Add‑In solutions
• Implementing process improvements and recommending automated solutions to enhance financial operations
• Managing system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and data validation activities
• Leading multiple workstreams and coordinating activities across business, functional, and technical teams
• Providing mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment
• Reviewing solution designs and project deliverables for quality and alignment with OneStream standards
• Supporting business users during planning, forecasting, and reporting cycles based on area of expertise
• Utilizing financial data mining and modeling skills to enhance decision‑making and financial strategy development

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 8+ years of experience
• At least one of the following: Certified Public Accountant
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
