Job summary

NAB India invites a Senior Associate - Network Engineer to join our growing technology team in Gurugram. You will manage incidents and problems across our network infrastructure, ensure service continuity, and collaborate with security and operations to deliver reliable experiences for customers.

The role requires hands-on expertise with firewall platforms (F5, Checkpoint, Palo Alto), scripting and automation skills, and flexibility for an on-call roster.

• Incident and problem management on infrastructure assets
• Service requests relating to reporting, compliance, capacity/currency reviews, audit data requests, patching and vulnerability management
• DR, Access, Logging, Backup management
• Documentation and handover activities
• Manage multiple stakeholders and tasks
• Effectively manage services to ensure service stability, service risks are managed effectively, and ongoing service health maintained
• Ensure external and internal policy and compliance processes are understood and followed

What Will You Bring

• Basic to intermediate technical understanding of F5/ checkpoint/ Palo Alto/ other firewall
• Scripting and Automation Knowledge
• Flexible for 24 x 7 OnCall roster
• Relevant industry certifications or equivalent experience. Preferred Checkpoint CCCS certifications
• Ability to remain flexible to deliver business outcomes
