Job summary

Macquarie Bank Limited in Gurgaon is seeking a Senior Associate in Monitoring & Structuring within the Fixed Income & Currencies division. You will assist senior team members with managing existing balance sheet facilities and with transaction execution, while building cash flow models and preparing pitch documents.

You will also review securitisation materials, perform data analysis, and contribute to client-driven and internal growth initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience, including banking/financial services, with strong financial modelling skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with model development and transaction presentations.
• Experience using AI tools (Claude) to enhance analysis, document review and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management with collaborative mindset and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Senior Associate | Monitoring & Structuring

Our Securitisation team within the Fixed Income & Currencies Division offers institutional issuers and investors access to securitisation products through the provision of rated term debt, structured warehouse facilities, corporate loans, bond structures, and equity, often collaborating with other business groups across Macquarie Group. Our team also manages a large portfolio of capital products for a growing borrower franchise.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will assist senior team members with managing existing balance sheet facilities and with the execution of transactions. You will monitor and report on a growing book of client exposures, build and maintain cash flow models, prepare pitch documents and credit papers, as well as review materials for public securitisations. In addition, you will perform client-driven and internal securitisation data analysis and tasks along with ad hoc special project work for a variety of business growth opportunities.

What you offer

• 3-5 years' experience, including at least 2 years in banking or financial services, with strong financial modelling skills and the ability to analyse financial statements and cashflow performance.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with experience developing financial models and preparing transaction or approval presentations.
• Experience using AI tools, including Claude, to enhance analysis, document review, and reporting processes within a structured finance environment.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, combined with a collaborative mindset, curiosity, accountability, and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
