Job summary

Macquarie Group in Gurugram seeks an experienced trade support professional for its Equity Derivatives and Trading Operations team. The role focuses on middle office functions, including payment support, custody, broker management and reconciliations to support the Commodities and Global Markets Group.

You will liaise with external and internal clients, drive process improvements, and manage risk with a strong emphasis on operational robustness.

Qualifications

• 9–13 years of experience in middle office, trade support operations and Collateral/SBL management.
• Sound knowledge of cash flow settlement, exception, reconciliation management and Stock Loan / Securities Lending Middle Office.
• Experience with booking, verification, control monitoring of exception trade flows, liaise with credit, Middle office, trading desk, custody and other internal teams on issues.
• Effective risk management, issue escalation and Team management experience.
• Strong drive to improve operational robustness and achieve overall risk reduction.
