BTVK Advisory in Bangalore is seeking a Senior Associate to deliver accounting and financial reporting support across multiple client engagements, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, journal entries, general ledger activities, and periodic reporting.

You will support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities while ensuring accuracy and timely completion of deliverables, and prepare client reports and nonprofit-specific statements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, or related experience preferred.
  • Experience with ERP/accounting platforms such as QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, Bill.com, CaseWare, Ramp preferred.
  • Strong understanding of accounting, payroll principles, and accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Provide accounting and financial reporting support across multiple client engagements including AP/AR, reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger.
  • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities with timely deliverables.
  • Prepare client reports and nonprofit-focused financial statements for complex engagements.
  • Collaborate with team members and maintain high-quality service standards, escalating issues as needed.
