Job summary

apexanalytix is hiring an Implementation Specialist in Noida (India) to lead client implementations of apexportal Solutions software. You will design workflows, interface ERP systems with apexportal, and troubleshoot integration issues while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong SQL skills, experience with ETL and data warehousing concepts, and familiarity with BI tools (Tableau/PowerBI). The position is based in Noida with a 5:30 PM - 2:30 AM IST shift.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience with SDLC methodologies (optional)
• 3+ years experience using SQL Server; ability to create complex stored procedures, indexes, views, and jobs; MS SQL certification preferred
• Data definition, data manipulation, data control, and transactional control
• Administration including creating and restoring SQL backups
• Knowledge of business intelligence tools like Tableau or PowerBI
• Experience with SFTP and PGP preferred
• Kubernetes and Grafana knowledge is advantageous
• 3+ years as an analyst/ETL/Data-focused role with data warehousing exposure
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Business/Data; Masters preferred
• Experience with external clients to deliver automated, scalable systems across ERP integrations
• Experience with Accounts Payable ERP modules (PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, or JD Edwards) preferred
• Knowledge of report migration, data extraction from ERP systems
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to define app/system configuration standards

Responsibilities

• Present technical overview of apexportal and requirements to clients during implementations and upgrades
• Implement apexportal Solutions software for global clients
• Design and develop workflows and UI for apexportal functionalities and present to stakeholders
• Assist clients in designing interfaces between their ERP systems and apexportal; lead ERP integration testing
• Troubleshoot network, database, and software issues for client implementations
• Provide information and recommendations to leadership on regular and ad-hoc basis
• Enforce Apex Corporate Security Standards as per policy frameworks

Quick Take -

The key function of the Implementation Specialist is to provide technical leadership for client implementations of APEX’s apexportal Solutions software applications. The right candidate will have the ability to build strong relationships with clients and help identify and troubleshoot problems for our client implementations. This person will possess knowledge of software implementation processes and both software-as-a-service and on-premises solutions. The preferred location for this role is in Noida (India).

The Work -

• Present technical overview of apexportal and technical requirements to clients when planning implementations and upgrades.
• Responsible for implementing apexportal Solutions software to global clients
• Design and develop workflows and user interface for the functionalities in apexportal and present it to key stake holders.
• Assist clients in designing and developing interfaces between their ERP systems and apexportal and lead the testing of ERP integrations which includes reconciling data between client’s ERP system(s) and apexportal.
• Troubleshoot network, database, and software problems for our client implementations.
• Provide information and recommendations to leadership on both regular and ad-hoc basis.
• The employee will regularly review corporate policies and will enforce the policies documented in the Apex Corporate Security Standards.

The Must-Haves

• 4+ years’ experience working on Software Development Life Cycle methodologies optional.
• 3+ year experience using SQL - SQL Server- ability to create complex Stored Procedures, indexes, views and jobs. MS SQL Certification preferred.
• Data definition, data manipulation, data control, and transactional control
• Administration, including creating and restoring SQL backups
• Knowledge of business intelligence software like Tableau or PowerBI.
• Experience working with and Knowledge of Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) and PGP preferred
• Working Knowledge or exposure to Kubernetes and Grafana is an added advantage.
• 3+ years of experience as an analyst, data analyst, ETL analyst, ETL Developer, or in a similar datafocused role with exposure to Data Warehousing concepts (ETL).
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Data, or related field is Required. Masters Preferred.
• Experience working with external clients and provide appropriate solutions to the clients based on their requirements to attain automated, scalable systems.
• Experience in or exposure to Accounts Payable applications in ERP systems such as PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, or J.D. Edwards preferred.
• Knowledge on Report migration, Subscription, Data extract from ERP systems preferred.
• Experience working with cross functional teams and business units to define application and system configuration standard
