Job summary

Advanced MS Office skills and familiarity with CapIQ/Preqin are valued; MBA/CFA/CA qualifications are desirable.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare advanced reports on investment strategy, funds, portfolio companies, and market trends
• Develop understanding of Fund level IFRS/GAAP reporting
• Conduct primary and secondary research from industry sources
• Create bespoke write-ups capturing headwinds/tailwinds
• Capture fund valuation data and key financial KPIs
• Track PE fund performance and portfolio company valuation changes
• Meet project timelines with high client satisfaction
• Perform quality control on outgoing reports/packs
• Engage with clients via calls and emails
• Scope new projects and structure deliverables/research

Job Purpose

Acuity is currently looking for dedicated and motivated individuals who have strong leadership, organizational and teamwork skills for its Private Markets team based in Gurgaon.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare advanced reports on client's investment strategy, their PE funds, the portfolio companies and overall economy / market scenario
• Develop deep understanding of Fund level, GP Level IFRS/GAAP reporting
• Conduct primary research from industry sources and secondary research
• Prepare bespoke write-ups to capture the portfolio Headwinds/Tailwinds
• Capture fund valuation data such as investment cost, realized / unrealized value, gross / net multiple, gross / net IRR and financial KPIs such as revenue, EBITDA, net debt etc.
• Capture PE fund performance such as multiples and IRRs; Tracking portfolio company Valuation changes.
• Meeting project timelines and quality of deliverables in a manner to ensure high client satisfaction
• Conducting quality control check of the outgoing reports / packs
• Engaging client independently on calls and e-mails
• Other responsibilities include: o Scoping the new projects, structuring deliverables/new research products
• Demonstrating strength and experience in client / requester relationship building and management, information / knowledge needs assessment

Key competencies

• Prior experience in handling clients directly through calls / mails
