Qualifications
- MBA Finance, M.Com (with relevant experience) or equivalent qualification.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Controllership, or Finance Transformation.
- Strong understanding of finance processes and cost management.
- Experience working on automation, process improvement, ERP, reporting, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Exposure to Power BI, Power Platform, RPA, AI tools, or similar technologies is preferred.
