Job summary

Talentoj is seeking an experienced Crypto Operations professional in Gurugram to manage trading operations, reconciliations, cash and collateral management, and settlements. The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to operate in a fast-paced market.

The candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in Crypto/Cryptocurrency Operations and be proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables) to enable data analysis and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Crypto/Cryptocurrency Operations is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of trading operations, reconciliations, settlement, cash, and collateral management.
• Hands-on experience with trade, position, cash, and transaction reconciliation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables, IF/conditional statements, and data analysis).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 market environment.
