Qualifications

• Ability to operate efficiently in high-pressure market environments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor live market activity, trading positions, and client exposure during market hours.
• Coordinate closely with RMS teams to ensure margin compliance and risk management adherence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with active traders and investors.
• Support clients with market updates, platform guidance, and trading-related queries.
• Ensure timely execution, order accuracy, and smooth trade management during volatile market conditions.

Overview

Pocketful is building a modern stock broking platform focused on speed, execution quality, and scalable trading infrastructure. We are looking for a Senior Associate – Dealer to manage client dealing activities, support active traders and investors, and drive high-quality execution across equity and derivatives markets. The role requires strong market understanding, execution discipline, and the ability to operate in fast-moving market environments. You will work closely with retail, HNI, RMS, and operations teams to ensure seamless trading experience and client servicing.

Role Mandate

• Execute client trades across Equity, F&O, Commodities, and Currency segments.
• Handle dealer-assisted trading and provide execution support to active retail and HNI clients.
• Monitor live market activity, trading positions, and client exposure during market hours.
• Coordinate closely with RMS teams to ensure margin compliance and risk management adherence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with active traders and investors.
• Support clients with market updates, platform guidance, and trading-related queries.
• Ensure timely execution, order accuracy, and smooth trade management during volatile market conditions.
• Track client activity, trading volumes, and engagement opportunities to improve retention and revenue generation.
• Maintain compliance with SEBI, exchange, and internal dealing policies.
• Coordinate with operations and support teams for issue resolution and client servicing.

Candidate Profile

• 3–6 years of experience in Equity Dealing, Broking Operations, or Trading Support roles.
• Strong understanding of Equity, F&O, Commodities, and Capital Market operations.
• Experience handling retail and HNI trading clients.
• Familiarity with trading terminals, RMS systems, and exchange operations.
• Strong communication, execution, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to operate efficiently in high-pressure market environments.

Preferred Experience

• NISM certifications preferred.
• Experience in active trading environments or high-volume dealing desks.
• Familiarity with online broking platforms and modern trading ecosystems.
• Existing trader or investor client relationships are an added advantage.
