Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute equity and derivatives (F&O) trades accurately on trading terminals for PCG clients.

• Deliver actionable trade updates based on client portfolios.

Job description

We are looking for a sharp, market-savvy Equity Dealer to manage and execute equity trades for our High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and Ultra-HNIs (UHNIs). In this role, you will act as a trusted execution partner, delivering accurate, real-time market insights, executing high-value trade orders, and driving volume growth across equity and derivative segments.

Key Responsibilities

Trade Execution & Order Management:

• Execute equity, derivatives (F&O), and currency trade orders accurately and promptly on trading terminals (NEAT, ODIN, or proprietary platforms) for PCG clients.
• Ensure zero-error execution during market hours while handling high-volume and large-ticket trades.

Client Engagement & Advisory Support:

• Maintain daily interaction with HNI/UHNI clients, providing real-time market updates, stock ideas, commentary, and research call distribution.
• Understand client portfolios and investment preferences to deliver customized, actionable trade updates.

Business Growth & Volume Generation:

• Drive brokerage revenue and trading turnover by actively engaging existing PCG clients and encouraging active trading participation.
• Reactivate dormant HNI accounts and support business development teams in onboarding new PCG clients.
• Monitor client margin requirements, exposure limits, and MTM (Mark-to-Market) positions in coordination with Risk Management (RMS).
• Ensure strict compliance with SEBI guidelines, exchange rules, and internal organizational policies.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certifications: Mandatory NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives) certification.
• Experience: 8 to 15 years of hands-on experience as an Equity Dealer / Trade Execution Specialist dealing with HNI / PCG clients in a stock broking or wealth management firm.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in operating institutional-grade trading terminals (ODIN, NEAT, Omnesys, or similar).
• Strong understanding of capital market mechanics, equity fundamentals, technical indicators, and F&O strategies.
