Job summary

Trimont-Services-India-Pvt-Ltd is seeking a highly analytical MIS leader to transform raw data into actionable insights via automated dashboards, AI-enabled analytics, and modern reporting frameworks. The role requires strong Excel, Power BI, SQL, JSON, Python, APIs, and AI platform experience to build scalable reporting and reduce manual effort.

You will consolidate data from multiple sources, develop data models, and enable self-service analytics while ensuring data governance and high-quality

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel with Power Query, Power Pivot, VBA preferred.
• Power BI proficiency with building executive dashboards.
• Strong SQL skills for data querying and modeling.
• JSON handling and API integration basics for data pipelines.
• Python for data manipulation and automation scripting.
• Experience with AI concepts and tools (Claude, Copilot) in analytics workflows.
• Familiarity with ETL concepts and data governance best practices.
• Hands-on experience with data platforms like Fabric/Snowflake/Databricks.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage enterprise KPI dashboards for leadership teams.
• Build executive dashboards covering operations, finance, risk, people, quality and growth.
• Develop automated reporting frameworks to replace manual spreadsheet-based reporting.
• Create drill-down dashboards to analyze trends and root causes.
• Consolidate data from Excel, CSV, databases, APIs, SharePoint and business systems.
• Develop reusable data models and reporting pipelines; automate data workflows.
• Enable self-service analytics across business functions; govern data quality and definitions.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and technology-savvy MIS leader who can transform raw business data into actionable insights through automated dashboards, AI-enabled analytics, and modern reporting frameworks.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Excel, Power BI, SQL, JSON, Python, APIs, and Generative AI platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Copilot. This individual will play a key role in building scalable reporting solutions, automating manual MIS processes, creating executive dashboards, and enabling data-driven decision-making across business functions.

This is not a traditional reporting role. We are looking for someone who can combine business analytics, automation, AI, and dashboard engineering to significantly reduce manual effort and improve reporting speed, quality, and insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage enterprise-wide KPI dashboards for leadership teams.
• Build executive-level dashboards covering operations, finance, risk, people, quality, productivity, and business growth metrics.
• Develop automated reporting frameworks eliminating manual spreadsheet-based reporting.
• Create drill-down dashboards enabling business leaders to analyze trends and root causes.
• Consolidate data from Excel, CSV, databases, APIs, SharePoint, and business systems.
• Develop reusable data models and reporting pipelines.
• Automate data collection, cleansing, validation, transformation, and visualization workflows.
• Build self-service analytics capability across business functions.

AI & Generative Analytics

• Leverage Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and similar AI platforms to:
• Automate MIS preparation
• Create analytical narratives
• Perform trend analysis
• Develop natural language reporting solutions
• Build AI-powered reporting assistants and internal analytics agents.
• Utilize JSON, APIs, and prompt engineering techniques to integrate AI tools into reporting workflows.

Advanced Analytics

• Perform trend analysis, forecasting, productivity analysis, capacity planning, and business performance monitoring.
• Develop predictive and scenario-based dashboards.
• Translate business questions into analytical models and actionable insights.

Governance & Data Quality

• Define KPI ownership and data definitions.
• Drive data accuracy and reporting consistency across functions.
• Monitor reporting quality and dashboard adoption metrics.
