ABOUT BXRE & THE CATALYST PROGRAM
Revantage Corporate Services) is a Blackstone Real Estate portfolio company providing shared services across Finance, Technology, Legal, HR, and more to Blackstone's global real estate portfolio. Headquartered in Chicago with a growing India GCC in Bengaluru, BXRE operates across six countries and approximately 3,500 employees.
The Catalyst Program is BXRE's inaugural university hiring initiative, targeting fresh graduate and early-career professionals across multiple tracks to form the Class of 2027. This is a flagship people investment, designed to build BXRE's long-term India talent pipeline from the ground up.
This role is a critical internal hire. The Campus Recruiter will be the single owner of the university hiring program from the moment an offer is made through to the end of the two-year cohort journey - partnering with our campus execution vendor and BXRE leadership to deliver a best-in-class early careers experience.

The Campus Recruiter is the internal nerve centre of the Catalyst Program. This person will own the end-to-end university hiring lifecycle - from college relationship management and campus drive co-execution, through to post-offer engagement, induction design, and cohort milestone tracking. This is not a sourcing-only role; it is a program management and early careers specialist position with a direct line to senior leadership.
