Job summary

BDO India is seeking a Senior Associate in Core Transfer Pricing based in Bengaluru. You will assist in advisory engagements, APA programs, and cross-border transaction documentation for Indian and international clients.

The role involves preparing TP reports, assisting with Form 3CEB filings, drafting submissions, and liaising with authorities. CA qualified professionals with 1–3 years SA or 3+ years AM experience are welcome.

Qualifications

• CA qualification with knowledge of TP concepts.
• 1–3 years experience in Transfer Pricing for SA or 3+ years for AM.
• Experience with APA processes and TP reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in advisory engagements ranging from business model optimization, legal matters, TP methodologies, business restructuring, cost allocations etc.
• Assisting in various phases of Advance Pricing Agreement program including coordination and liasoning with the client and APA authorities.
• Preparation of transfer pricing reports to be maintained as contemporaneous documentation.
• Preparation and filing of accountant's report in Form 3CEB stating the cross-border transactions.
• Drafting of submissions, appeals, etc. to be filed with the respective tax authorities.
• Assisting in representing seniors / counsels’ clients before the ITAT & HC.
• Representing clients before the tax authorities and appellate bodies.
• Assisting in compliance and advisory arising from BEPS initiative.
• Research and analysis of the transfer pricing technical points from the litigation standpoint.
• Effective project management, client management and time management.
• Preparation of presentations for knowledge building, training programs and eminence building activities.
• Knowledge sharing and imparting training to team members and team building exercise.
