Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop a deeper understanding of Transfer Pricing as a concept and the provisions of TP law (definition of AE, methods, etc.) in India.
• Gain a basic understanding of other direct tax concepts and allied laws.
• Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills, with a focus on business English.
• Understand the client’s business and the issues involved.
• Take personal ownership of your work and performance.
• Effectively discuss issues with senior colleagues.
• Keep updated with case laws and assist senior colleagues in applying the ratios of judgments in assignments.
• Learn new skills, share knowledge, and contribute to team success.
• Support senior colleagues in assignments in a constructive manner.
