Job summary

BDO India Services Private Limited in Gurgaon seeks a Senior Associate in Transfer Pricing with 1–2 years of TP experience. You will support advisory engagements, APA coordination, TP reporting, benchmarking, and BEPS-related work.

The role involves drafting submissions, liaising with authorities, and developing client solutions while collaborating with a skilled TRS - Direct Tax team.

Qualifications

• CA with 1–2 years of Transfer Pricing experience.
• Experience in TP advisory, methodologies, and BEPS considerations.
• Familiarity with Form 3CEB and TP reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in advisory engagements ranging from business model optimization, legal matters, TP methodologies, business restructuring, cost allocations, etc.
• Assisting in Advance Pricing Agreement (APA) coordination with clients and authorities.
• Preparation of transfer pricing reports and contemporaneous documentation.
• Preparation and filing of accountants report in Form 3CEB for cross-border transactions.
• Conducting benchmarking studies using Indian/foreign databases.
• Drafting submissions, appeals, with tax authorities.
• Assisting in representing seniors/counsels before ITAT & HC.
• Representing clients before tax authorities and appellate bodies.
• Assisting BEPS-related advisory and compliance.
• Research and analysis of TP technical points from litigation perspective.

• Assisting in various phases of Advance Pricing Agreement program including coordination and liasoning with the client and authorities.


• Preparation of transfer pricing reports to be maintained as contemporaneous documentation.


• Preparation and filing of accountants report in Form 3CEB stating the cross-border transactions.


• Conducting benchmarking studies using Indian / foreign databases.


• Drafting of submissions, appeals, etc. to be filed with the respective tax authorities.
