Job summary

Inspiration Manpower Consultancy in Bangalore is seeking a Senior Associate for OTC and Accounts Receivable on a permanent hybrid basis (2 days WFO).

The role covers end-to-end OTC activities, billing, collections, and cash applications using SAP. Commerce graduates or post graduates with 3–5 years of experience and excellent communication are required. Night shift (9 PM–6 AM) with allowances, 5-day workweek, 2 days off, Bangalore candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in end-to-end OTC, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Collections, Cash application.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) required.
• Night shift readiness and willingness to work in Bangalore.
