Job summary

Vivriti Capital is seeking a Treasury Associate to support treasury processes, analytics, and reporting for senior management. The role involves preparing MIS, handling financial documentation, and coordinating with Compliance, Risk, Finance, and Legal.

You will work with lenders, credit agencies, and external banking partners to ensure timely and accurate information and adherence to policies. Mumbai-based, office-based role with cross-functional exposure.

Qualifications

• CA/MBA or bachelor’s degree in finance or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in Treasury, Finance or banking.
• Proficient in MS Office and data handling.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly MIS for lenders, credit agencies, facility renewals and ratings.
• Prepare CMA and financial parameter reports; respond to bank queries on proposals.
• Draft and organize documentation: disbursement letters, fee letters, Board resolutions, KYC, and corporate documents.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Risk, Finance, and Legal for data needs and legal docs.
• Assist with end-use certificates, CHG-1/CHG-9 filings, due diligence, and stock audit support.
• Support new business requirements or research related to Fundraising & Treasury operations.

About the team and role

Vivriti Capital seeks a Treasury Associate to support its growing operations. The person will work both within Treasury and with a diverse set of cross functional stakeholders along with external banking partners.

Responsibilities

This position requires a self-starter who will work to support Treasury processes, analytics and reporting that provide information in a clear manner to senior management. The successful candidate should be comfortable with ambiguity, large complex data and balancing multiple competing priorities. Key responsibilities:

• Preparation of monthly/quarterly/yearly information MIS for existing/new lenders/credit agency for credit / renewal of facility/rating renewal etc.
• Preparation of CMA, financials information and understanding on financial parameters, handling queries of banks in relation to proposals.
• Undertaking activities such as preparation and execution of the documentation set i.e., disbursement request letter, fee debit letters etc, arranging for Board resolutions, reps and warranties certificate, KYC and constitutional documents for each borrowing.
• Cross Functional coordination with Compliance, Risk, Finance, Legal for closure of data requirements as well as legal documentation, board resolutions etc.
• Undertaking conditions subsequent activities such as arranging for end use certificates, undertaking security creation by filing CHG-1, CHG-9 forms and perfection, arranging due diligence reports, assisting in stock audit by coordinating with External CA firms, Compliance and external vendors.
• Support any new business requirements or research or any other activity related to Fund Raising & Treasury operations.

Desired Skills And Experience

• CA / M.B.A / bachelor’s degree in finance or related field with 0-2 years of experience in Treasury, Finance or banking industry.
• Adept with MS excel, word, PPT and other similar tools.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Prior experience in treasury operations.
• Motivated self-starter that can work independently with limited supervision.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple deliverables.
• Eager to learn and willing to take on additional assignments and/or ad hoc projects as assigned.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
