Job summary

ISSC in Gurugram is seeking a Senior/Assistant Manager - Internal Finance to lead the internal finance function with oversight on accounting, tax compliance, and financial reporting. You will ensure accurate month-end close, MIS dashboards, payroll processing, and statutory compliance for India and foreign revenue.

The ideal candidate holds CA/CPA/ACCA/MBA (Finance)/M.Com with strong Excel, Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, and SAP proficiency, and can join immediately or within 30 days.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA/ACCA or related finance certification.
• End-to-end accounting and statutory compliance experience.
• Experience with international revenue accounting and foreign exchange.
• Proficient in ERP and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end accounting and finalization of financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow).
• Accounting and compliance for foreign revenue, including FIRC/BRC, FEMA, export of services, and forex reconciliations.
• Monthly MIS reporting, variance analysis, and management dashboards.
• Payroll processing, payslips, and full & final settlements.
• TDS, GST, and Income Tax compliance, including Form 16 and 26AS reconciliations.
• Coordination with statutory, internal, and tax auditors.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to‑end accounting and finalization of financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow)
• Accounting and compliance for foreign revenue, including FIRC/BRC, FEMA, export of services, and forex reconciliations
• Monthly MIS reporting, variance analysis, and management dashboards
