Role Overview

You will be responsible for translating ideas into compelling visual storytelling across digital, social, film, and integrated campaigns. The ideal candidate brings a strong sense of design, conceptual thinking, and hands‑on motion graphics capability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop strong visual concepts for integrated campaigns
• Create impactful designs for digital, social media, films, and brand campaigns
• Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and account teams to bring ideas to life
• Deliver high‑quality creative outputs across multiple formats and platforms
• Lead visual storytelling through motion graphics, animation, and dynamic design
• Ensure brand consistency and creative excellence across projects
• Present creative ideas confidently to internal teams and clients

What We’re Looking For

• Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and visual craft
• Motion graphics experience is a must (After Effects / animation / dynamic content)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced agency environment
• Strong understanding of digital‑first storytelling and social content

Experience Range

• Art Director: entry level / 1-2 years
• Senior Art Director: 2-4 years
• Group Head – Art: 5+ years with team leadership experience
