Job summary

Riverbed Technology in Bengaluru is seeking a Motion Graphics Designer to implement our brand visual identity across the global organization, creating engaging motion graphics and animated content for brand, social and environmental projects.

You will collaborate with the creative team on diverse projects including campaigns, events, advertising, social media, presentations and product videos, while developing storyboards and handling post-production.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in motion graphics and graphic design.
• Proficient in post-production software and editing techniques including Premiere Pro and After Effects; Cinema4D is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Word and PowerPoint.
• A strong online portfolio is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging motion graphics and animated content to support brand, social and environmental projects.
• Implement visuals across campaigns and events in print and digital formats.
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure assets align with campaign goals.
• Develop storyboards for video segments for events and social promotions.
• Edit video, select music, sound effects, and complete post-production.
• Export optimized files in multiple formats.

• Create engaging motion graphics and animated content to support ongoing brand, social and environmental projects
• Strong understanding and passion for creative storytelling, graphic design, illustration, typography, photography, layouts, and color strategy
• Collaborate with creative team to ensure assets align with campaign goals and objectives
• Conceptualization on a variety of projects including brand and demand campaigns, in-person and digital events, advertising, social media, presentations, infographics, environmental design, product videos, logo animation, video production and editing
• Create storyboards for various video segments for events, social media promotions, video displays, etc.
• Understanding of video editing, music libraries, sound effects, and post-production
• Proficient with exporting different file types and sizes
