Job summary

Your Ta Partner in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Art Director/Creative Director to lead visual design for event-management digital campaigns. You will craft concepts for social posts, banners, videos, emails, and websites, ensuring brand consistency and high quality across outputs.

Ideal candidates have 7–12 years in a senior creative role, hold a BFA (MFA preferred), and are proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, with HTML/CSS/JS knowledge a plus.

Qualifications

• 7-12 years of experience as an Art Director or Creative Director in a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts (BFA) or equivalent; Master's degree preferred (MFA).
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop CC, Illustrator CC, InDesign CC; knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative concepts for digital assets, including social media posts, banners, videos, email campaigns, website elements, and other digital collaterals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging visual designs that align with brand guidelines.
