Job summary

Flatworld Solutions is seeking an Art Director to lead the visual identity across global campaigns and client projects. You will guide the creative team, collaborate with marketing, product, and sales, and translate business goals into compelling design across digital, print, and multimedia.

You will manage a full creative lifecycle from concept to execution, ensuring brand integrity while driving high-impact visuals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field (Masters preferred).
• 12+ years of design experience, with 8+ years in a senior creative or art director role.
• Strong portfolio in branding, campaigns, and multi‑channel creative execution.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, and other design tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative vision, design direction, and execution for marketing campaigns and brand collateral.
• Maintain cohesive brand identity across web, social, email, presentations, videos, and ads.
• Oversee designers, animators, and creatives to ensure quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales to translate business goals into visual strategies.
• Stay ahead of design trends and new technologies to keep the brand ahead.
• Refine creative work to align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines with high attention to detail.
• Partner with external agencies, photographers, videographers, and freelancers as needed.

Role Overview

As our Art Director, you will be the creative leader driving the visual identity of Flatworld Solutions across global campaigns, brand assets, and client-facing projects. You will work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to conceptualize and deliver impactful designs that reinforce our brand and resonate with our target audience.

This is a high-impact role where youll manage the full creative lifecycle from concept to execution across digital, print, multimedia, and emerging platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creative vision, design direction, and execution for all marketing campaigns, brand collateral, and digital assets.
• Develop and maintain a cohesive brand identity across all touchpointsweb, social media, email, presentations, videos, and advertising.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into visually compelling creative strategies.
• Stay ahead of design trends, emerging technologies, and innovative visual storytelling techniques to keep Flatworlds creative edge sharp.
• Review and refine creative work to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of creativity and attention to detail.
• Partner with external creative agencies, photographers, videographers, and freelancers as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field (Masters preferred).
• 12+ years of design experience, with at least 8 years in a senior creative or art director role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, campaign design, and multi-channel creative execution.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, and other design tools.
• Experience with motion graphics, video production, and UI/UX design is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and mentor creatives.
• Exceptional visual storytelling ability and attention to design detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple stakeholders.
