Qualifications

Role Description

The Senior Architect, Building & Design will lead the planning, design, and delivery of architectural projects, ensuring high standards of functionality, aesthetics, and technical detailing. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design concepts, preparing drawings and documentation, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and overseeing design integration across architecture and interiors. The role involves managing multiple projects, guiding design teams, reviewing construction progress, and ensuring adherence to codes, timelines, and budget parameters. The Senior Architect will collaborate closely with clients, present design proposals, and incorporate feedback into refined solutions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with proven experience delivering complex building projects.
• Experience with Integration of design elements across architecture, interiors, and building systems.
• Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and stakeholder communication.
• Familiarity with Software Development concepts as they relate to design tools, BIM workflows, or integrated digital platforms is an advantage.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM tools, Adobe Suite).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional registration/licensure is preferred.
• Experience leading teams, mentoring junior designers, and working in a multidisciplinary studio environment.
• Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and defend design ideas to clients and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, sustainable design principles, and best practices in contemporary architecture.
