Role Description

The Senior Architect will be responsible for leading design projects from concept through completion in this full-time, on-site role located in Coimbatore. Day-to-day tasks include developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings and presentations, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring design intent is maintained during construction. The role involves managing project timelines, overseeing documentation, reviewing technical details, and guiding junior team members. The Senior Architect will interact with clients, conduct site visits, resolve design and execution issues, and ensure projects align with regulatory standards and firm quality benchmarks.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to lead concept development and detailed design.
• Experience with Integration and coordination of multidisciplinary inputs, including structural, MEP, and interior design.
• Proven Project Management skills, including scheduling, resource planning, and stakeholder communication.
• Familiarity with Software Development or design-related software workflows, and proficiency in CAD/BIM tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional licensure or eligibility is an advantage.
• Demonstrated experience leading medium to large-scale projects, preferably in residential or commercial sectors.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accountability for deliverables.
• Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore and conduct regular site visits and client meetings as required.
