We are seeking a technically strong professional with hands-on experience in municipal approvals, building permissions, regulatory compliance, and end-to-end approval management.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review & scrutinize architectural submission drawings.
• Handle FSI/FAR calculations and development potential assessments.
• Manage IOD, Commencement Certificate (CC), Occupation Certificate (OC), DP Remarks and Completion Approvals.
• Coordinate with BMC/MCGM, MHADA, MMRDA, NMMC, TMC, KDMC, SRA and other municipal authorities.
• Ensure compliance with DCR/DCPR, NBC and applicable development regulations.
• Manage statutory documentation, scrutiny comments, objections and resubmissions.
• Coordinate with clients, developers, consultants and government departments.
• Track approval milestones and independently manage multiple projects.
