Qualifications

• Should be an Architect / Graduate with min 5-8 years experience from Architectural / Liaisoning / Real Estate firm.
• Thorough knowledge of design, approval drawings, DC rules (DCPR 2034, UDCPR 2020) & Liaison process for approvals in Mumbai & MMR region.
• Analytical skills for review & analysis of development potential in a project w.r.t. applicable regulations.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
• Strong connect in liaison community to get updates on policies / notifications.
• Good communication skills to interact professionally with clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of reports in Technical Due Diligence assignments / project monitoring / project management as required.
• Coordination, meetings with developers / clients for data.
• Coordination with internal teams.
• Checking drawings with respect to applicable regulations.
• Site inspection.
