Qualifications

• B.Arch and postgraduate Master Planning is mandatory.
• 5-10 years of experience in Architecture and Master Planning within Real Estate.
• Strong experience in High-Rise Residential, Mixed-Use Developments, and Township Projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review master plans, site layouts, and architectural concepts for high-rise developments.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, landscape designers, and project teams throughout the design lifecycle.
• Evaluate design proposals and ensure compliance with statutory regulations and project requirements.
• Review architectural drawings, design presentations, and construction documentation.
• Support project feasibility studies, design optimization, and value engineering initiatives.
• Ensure design quality, functionality, sustainability, and brand alignment.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external consultants for timely project execution.
• Individual contributor role reporting to Team Lead - Design
