Qualifications

• Excellent client handling, communication, presentation and coordination skills.
• Ability to lead and manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

WeDezine Studio is seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Architect with 5+ years of experience in architectural design, project coordination, client handling, and site execution. The ideal candidate should have strong design expertise and the ability to independently manage architectural projects from concept development through execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural projects from concept development to completion, ensuring quality, timelines, and client requirements are met.


• Develop architectural concepts, layouts, detailed drawings, working drawings, elevations, sections and construction details.


• Understand client requirements and translate them into functional, aesthetically appealing and practical design solutions.


• Handle client meetings, design presentations, discussions and feedback to ensure successful project delivery.


• Coordinate with interior designers, engineers, site teams, contractors, vendors and other stakeholders for smooth project execution.


• Conduct regular site visits and ensure the execution of designs and drawings as per approved specifications and quality standards.


• Review project progress, identify design or execution challenges, and provide effective solutions within project timelines.


• Ensure architectural designs comply with applicable building regulations, safety standards and project requirements.

Team Guidance

Guide, mentor, and support junior architects and designers in design development, drawings, and project execution.

Coordinate with site engineers and contractors to resolve technical and design-related issues during execution.

Maintain proper project documentation, including drawings, specifications, revisions, and other relevant records.

Monitor project schedules and ensure assigned projects and deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.

Support cost-effective design solutions while maintaining quality, functionality, and design standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
