Job summary

The LivinGrid is seeking a senior architect to lead residential and commercial projects from concept through construction in Kerala. You will coordinate clients, consultants and execution teams to deliver high‑quality outcomes.

Required 5–7 years of professional experience, a B.Arch (COA registration preferred), and strong skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit. Excellent communication and leadership abilities are essential.

• 5–7 years of professional architectural experience.
• B.Arch with COA registration preferred.
• Strong AutoCAD, SketchUp and Revit proficiency.
