Job summary

The Design Plexus Architects in Mumbai is seeking an Architect with 3–5 years of experience to take ownership of design development, technical detailing, coordination, and execution across projects.

You will work on concept through construction, coordinating with structural, MEP, and site teams, and producing detailed working drawings and construction documentation. A B.Arch is required; full-time, on-site employment at our Mumbai studio.

Qualifications

• B.Arch degree is required.
• Experience in developing projects from concept to design development.
• Proficiency in drawing, sections, elevations, and detailing.
• Ability to produce working drawings and construction documentation.
• Experience coordinating with structural and MEP consultants.
• Experience coordinating with site teams and contractors.

Responsibilities

Architect

Experience: 3–5 Years

We're looking for someone who has:

• Strong architectural design and space planning skills
• Experience in developing projects from concept to design development
• Strong understanding of plans, sections, elevations, and architectural detailing
• Experience in preparing detailed working drawings and construction documentation
• Good understanding of materials, construction methods, and building systems
• Ability to develop and coordinate architectural details
• Experience coordinating with structural, MEP, and other consultants
• Experience in site visits and coordination with contractors and site teams
• Ability to review drawings and ensure design intent is maintained during execution
• Ability to identify and resolve design and execution-related issues
• Experience in coordinating drawings, details, materials, and site requirements
• Ability to manage project deliverables and timelines

Qualification:
