Job summary

Skyline Architectural Consultant in Lucknow is seeking an experienced Senior Architect to lead design and delivery of architectural projects from concept to execution. You will develop concept designs, working drawings, and detailed drawings, and guide a design team to meet deadlines.

You will coordinate with structural, MEP, civil, and other consultants, review drawings for compliance, conduct site visits, monitor progress, and liaise with clients and contractors to resolve design and technical

Qualifications

• B.Arch or M.Arch from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design and construction detailing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, MS Office or relevant architectural software.
• Strong understanding of building codes, construction practices, and materials.
• Excellent design, communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
• Experience in handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
• COA registration will be preferred.
