The Senior Architect will lead the design and delivery of architectural projects, from concept development through detailed design and construction documentation. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Vadodara, with flexibility for some work from home while maintaining an on-site presence for project coordination, client meetings, and site visits. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings and specifications, coordinating with structural and MEP engineers, and ensuring compliance with local codes and standards. The Senior Architect will oversee project timelines, support junior team members, participate in design reviews, and collaborate closely with clients and external stakeholders to align solutions with functional, aesthetic, and budgetary requirements. The role also involves reviewing technical integrations, supporting quality assurance processes, and contributing to continuous improvement of design and documentation practices.
