Job summary

Coherent Corp. in Hyderabad seeks an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite professional to design, develop and test ERP solutions.

You will handle enhancements, maintenance, and production issue resolution, while collaborating with business users to clarify requirements and deliver effective, scalable solutions. The role requires 7+ years in Oracle E-Business Suite, with strong knowledge of distribution modules and OAF, plus skills in SQL/PL-SQL and XML Publisher.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite R12.
• Bachelor's/Master's in computer science engineering / MCA / IT.
• Experience with distribution modules and order-to-cash or procure-to-pay processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, develop and test Oracle E-Business Suite per standards.
• Develop enhancements and maintain existing applications; troubleshoot issues.
• Engage with business users to clarify requirements and implement solutions.
• Prepare technical specs, gap analyses, test scripts and user training docs.

• Responsible for analysis, design, develop and testing of Oracle E-Business Suite following all applicable standards with strong Knowledge of Oracle Distribution modules
• Application development, enhancements and maintenance of existing applications along with troubleshooting of day‑to‑day production issues
• Experience in working in a team environment and should also be able to work as an individual contributor.
• Strong technical experience is required to handle the developments independently.
• Manage components of a project plan or projects. Manage and address support tickets of various priorities.
• Engage with Business Users to provide necessary clarification and implement an effective solution.
• Develop /technical specification documents to address new business requirements. Ability to produce artifacts such as Gap Analysis documents, Test scripts, User Training documents etc.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Education & Experience

• Minimum 7 yr. experience in Oracle E-Business Suite R12
• Bachelor’s / master’s degree in computer science engineering / MCA / master's in information technology

Skills

• A proven techno-functional professional, with at least three full lifecycle Oracle E-Business Suite R12 implementation/ support
• Around 7 to 11 years Oracle application’s technical experience in one or more Distribution modules like OM, PO, INV, Shipping, Pricing, WMS etc.
• Exposed to one of the Oracle EBS “Order to Cash” or “Procure to Pay” processes is must. implementation experience of distribution modules is highly preferable.
• Able to interact with business users with clear written and verbal communication as well as writing requirements and test plan documents.
• Strong technical experience on SQL, PL-SQL, XML Publisher/ BI Publisher is expected. Working knowledge in OAF is desirable.
• Well versed development knowledge & experience in all RICEW components (forms, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements and workflows) is required
• Should have good knowledge on both functional and technical aspects, preferably a techno-functional candidate with exposure to multi-organization and multi-set of books environment.
• Experience in other distribution modules like iSupplier, iProcurement, EDI would be big plus
• Exposure to data conversions from legacy sources and Integrations with third party applications will be highly desirable
