Tekskills Inc. is seeking an experienced Appian professional to design, develop, and implement BPM solutions using Appian.

The role focuses on optimizing Appian modules, improving performance, and ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems. The candidate will design, implement, and optimize Apps including interfaces, rules, integrations, records, sites, reports, and process models, while collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders.

Formación

• 5–8 years of experience in Appian development.
• Strong knowledge of Appian components: SAIL, Process Models, Records, Reports, Sites.
• Experience with Appian Plug-ins, Appian RPA, and Appian Connected Systems.
• Proficiency in Java, SQL, and Web Services (REST/SOAP).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Appian Level 2 Certification or higher.
• Optional experience with Appian Cloud Administration and Appian RPA.

Responsabilidades

About the Role

We are looking for an 5 to 8 years of experienced Appian professional to design, develop, and implement BPM solutions using Appian and optimize Appian modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Appian development, process automation, improving performance, and ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, Implement and optimize Appian applications including interface, rules, integrations, Records, Sites, Reports, and Process Models.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Implement Appian best practices for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
